A: For the iPhone to attach magnetically, a MagSafe-compatible case must be used, or you can charge your phone without the case. Alternatively, use the included magentic ring to add MagSafe compatibilty to your phone or case.
Q: Does the charger support the latest Apple Watch Ultra & 8?
A: Yes, the Rapid TRIO works with Apple watch series 1-9, SE and Ultra 1/2.
Q: Can I use with my AirPods Pro?
A: Yes, the Rapid TRIO works with AirPods Pro and all generation of AirPods with wireless charging-enabled cases.
Q: How do I know if my case is MagSafe?
A: Check the specifications on your product’s packaging or online. Most MagSafe cases have a visible circular ring on the inside or outside of the case to indicate it in MagSafe compatible.
Q: Will it charge my Google Pixel earbuds?
A: If your earbuds support Qi wireless charging, yes.
Q: Will it work for an iPad as well?
A: No. Wireless chargers aren’t ordinarily designed to charge tablets. The Rapid TRIO is designed to wirelessly charge your smartphone, smartwatch, earbuds, and a second phone.
Q: Will the Rapid TRIO charge my iPhone 14?
A: Yes. It will charge iPhones 12 and onwards. If you have an earlier model iPhone, which is wireless charging compatible, you can attach the magnetic ring that comes in the box of the Rapid TRIO to equip it for MagSafe-compatible charging.
Q: Does the magnet have any side effects for my phone?
A: No. Today’s smartphones and accessories are unaffected by magnets. iPhones 12 and onwards feature magnets inside too.

A: Yes. The Rapid TRIO includes a MagSafe-compatible magnetic ring you can stick to the back of any wireless charging enabled Android phone to draw charging from the charger pad.

A: We recommend a minimum 20W USB-C Power wall charger. You can purchase the Journey 30W Mini USB-C charger as well.
